WINDY WEATHER

What happened to our nice Autumn weather, so much for May being sunny and settled.

Our Rust Weekend on the Lermontov and other wrecks has been put off until the weather sorts it’s self out a bit, hopefully in the near future. This weekend is looking like a repeat of the last two, with rain and wind being the main features.

With a 2 metre Northerly swell pumping in, the Outer Sounds are definitely out of bounds. For those who are keen on wetting their gills then the Inner Sounds should be diveable. Water temp is dropping slowly reaching 14 degrees now. I went for a bit of a look for some new local dive sites the other day and found a few potential sites that had surprisingly good visibility, up to 10 metres, and in an area that you would not expect.

Any how have a good weekend.
