GOOD WEATHER FOR THE DUCKS (SHOOTERS)

Well its the opening of the Duck Shooting season tomorrow and unfortunately for the ducks as well as us divers the weather is against us.

Low cloud, wind and rain tends to keep Donald flying low which is good for all the Rambo’s hiding in their ‘Miami’s" but not to good for Donald and his family, as they will be in range of those big tubes that make a loud bang.

For us divers it won’t be to good out either, the weather has been wet and windy for a week now, so vis is down a bit and sea conditions out further are a bit lumpy. Unless your real keen then probably best to stay dry for the weekend.

Club dive schedule has been updated and posted on the club events page so check that out. Also have a tech dive trip scheduled for May 16, if you are keen.

This week has been a busy one for Go Dive as we have just moved out of our shop in Waikawa and put it into storage for a short time while we set up our new facility.

I will give you a full report on this shortly, its going to be a exciting move and have some real advantages for club members and customers.
