Things have got a bit hectic lately and I have haven’t posted a dive report for a while. This weekend we are exceptionally busy with trips to the Lermontov and we are being treated to some really nice surface conditions for a change. 

Visibility on the Lermontov is steady at around 8 metres with it much better inside. Visibility in the Inner Sounds is around 4 to 6 metres and likely to stay like this as the water warms up and the alga blooms.

Surface conditions on Cape Jackson today are reasonable with a moderate Northerly and slightly choppy surface, On the Lerm the wind is approx 5 knots and calm surface. 

Wind is expected to get up to 25knts tonite so Saturday and Sunday are the days to venture out further.
